The location of this hotel was decent with a few good views and things to do nearby. the staff was friendly during our stay, although the restaurant was not up to par. Our room was spacious but lacked proper maintenance. Although the breakfast was mediocre but it was included.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired.

We had a great family getaway close to Bogota! The stunning setting was 15 degrees warmer than the city and boasted gorgeous views. The staff was friendly, and the portions at the restaurant were huge. But the real highlight was the fantastic pool - we had so much fun splashing around and enjoying the warm weather.

We went during a rainy period and the trails were washed out, so we couldn't explore as much as we'd hoped. they asked us to make a bank deposit to prepay, which was difficult for us.
